Yes — HouseCall TT is completely free to download and use as a patient. Medivanta Supplies Ltd. charges patients nothing. You pay your doctor directly at the end of the visit; the platform is not involved in that transaction.
Payment is arranged directly between you and your doctor after the visit — cash, bank transfer, or any method you both agree on. HouseCall TT does not collect, hold, or process patient payments and never stores your card details.
$15/month, billed monthly with no lock-in contract. Your subscription gives you full access to the platform — patient matching, your verified profile, real-time case notifications, and your visit dashboard.
There are no commissions on visits. Every dollar you charge patients is yours. Cancel any time from your account settings.
When you sign up as a doctor you'll be asked to submit: your Medical Board registration certificate and registration number, a government-issued photo ID (national ID or passport), and a recent selfie for identity matching.
Our team reviews every application manually before granting access — typically within 1–3 business days. You'll be notified in-app once your profile is approved. Patients will see your verified status before every case.
You're in full control. Toggle yourself online or offline from the app at any time. When you're online, nearby patient requests will come through and you can accept or decline each one individually — there are no minimum hours or shift commitments.
HouseCall TT is available across both Trinidad and Tobago. Coverage in any given area depends on which doctors are currently online and nearby. The platform is available 7 days a week, including public holidays.
As more doctors join, response times and coverage will improve. If no doctor is available near you, the app will let you know rather than leaving you waiting.
If your doctor cancels or fails to arrive, you will be notified immediately and can submit a new request. You owe nothing — since payment is direct, there is no charge if the visit does not happen.
Reliability is taken seriously on the platform. Doctors with repeated cancellations or complaints are reviewed and may be suspended. You can report any issue through the app or by emailing medivantasuppliesltd@gmail.com.
Only the doctor assigned to your case can see your case description and contact details. That information is encrypted in transit and at rest, and is never shared with third parties, used for advertising, or sold.
HouseCall TT complies with the Trinidad & Tobago Data Protection Act, 2011. You can request a copy of your data, ask for corrections, or request full deletion at any time by contacting medivantasuppliesltd@gmail.com.
